About this service
Clinical assessments provide a comprehensive evaluation of an individual's emotional, behavioral, and mental health needs. At Infinite Complete Care, our qualified clinicians gather information about current concerns, symptoms, personal and family history, daily functioning, strengths, and support systems to develop a clear understanding of each client's needs.
The assessment process may include a clinical interview, review of relevant history, standardized screening tools, risk assessment, diagnostic evaluation, and recommendations for appropriate services.
Following the assessment, our clinicians provide individualized recommendations that may include psychotherapy, psychiatric services, medication management, case management, psychosocial rehabilitation, or referrals to other community resources when appropriate.
Our goal is to ensure each client receives an individualized plan of care based on their unique needs, strengths, and treatment goals.
